A: Jeune Medspa is conveniently located inside the Cerritos Medical Building on the second floor.

Complimentary parking is available for all clients.

A: Jeune Medspa is a Korean medical spa specializing in natural and preventative aesthetics.
Our philosophy focuses on enhancing your natural beauty and preserving youthful features through subtle, customized treatments. We emphasize prevention — addressing early signs of aging before they become more noticeable — so you can look refreshed and confident at every age.

Q: Who performs the treatments?
A: All treatments are performed by our experienced Registered Nurses and co-owners, Jenny and Rose, who both have extensive experience in advanced aesthetic treatments.
Jeune Medspa operates under the supervision of our Medical Director, John Kim, NP, who has over 30 years of experience in aesthetics.
Together, our team combines medical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver results that are natural, balanced, and tailored to each client.

Q: What makes Jeune Medspa different?

Appointments

Q: How can I book an appointment?
A: All appointments should be made through our official website or Instagram booking link.
For rescheduling or questions, please text or call us directly — we do not manage schedule changes via email or social media DMs.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: We are by appointment only to ensure every client receives personalized care and dedicated time.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes — a deposit is required to secure every appointment, including free consultations.

Deposit Policy:

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you don’t show up or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment.
  • You may reschedule once without losing your deposit. Additional reschedules may result in forfeiting the deposit, and a new one may be required.
  • To reschedule, please text or call us directly.
  • A deposit is required even for free consultations, but it will be refunded if you decide not to proceed with any treatment.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. We allow one rescheduling per appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

Before Your Appointment

Q: Should I stop using certain skincare products before treatment?
A: Yes — please avoid active ingredients such as retinol, glycolic acid, and vitamin C for at least 2–3 days prior. Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or any other major skin treatments for at least two weeks before your appointment.

Q: Can I wear makeup?
A: Please arrive with clean skin and no makeup. Our providers will gently cleanse your face before beginning your treatment.

After Your Treatment

Q: Can I wear makeup after injections or microneedling?
A: It’s best to avoid makeup for 48 hours after most injectable or microneedling treatments to allow your skin to fully recover and minimize irritation or infection risk.

Q: When will I see results?
A: It depends on the treatment. Some results are immediate (such as filler), while others — like Rejuran or RF microneedling — gradually improve over several weeks as collagen regenerates and skin texture refines.

Q: Is there downtime?
A: Most treatments have minimal downtime. You may experience mild redness, swelling, or small bruises that typically resolve within a few days.

Q: What are your most popular treatments?
A: Our most-loved treatments include:

  • Rejuran Healer for skin rejuvenation and hydration
  • RF Microneedling for tightening and pore refinement
  • Natural, balanced filler for contour and volume restoration

We also offer skin boosters and preventative injectables that maintain collagen health and help slow visible signs of aging.

Q: How often should I get Rejuran or skin boosters?
A: For best results, we recommend 3 initial sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance every 3–6 months depending on your skin and goals.

Q: Are your treatments safe?
A: Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. We use FDA-approved productssterile techniques, and perform all procedures under carefully and safely.

Payments & Promotions

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle, and select financing options through Cherry (please inquire when booking).

Q: Do you offer package pricing or promotions?
A: Yes! We frequently offer seasonal promotions and package pricing for select treatments. Follow us on Instagram or ask during your visit for the latest offers.
